EPAH CUSO’s Home Ownership Individual Development Account (IDA) Program

An Individual Development Account (IDA) is a special savings account that helps people save for a special goal; be it for college tuition and expenses, a small business, savings for unforeseen medical expenses, or purchasing their first home.  EPAHCUSO’s IDA is designed for first-time home buyers to help them save and DOUBLE their money towards down-payment and closing costs. 

The potential homebuyer must attend a First-Time Homebuyers Education workshop and a one-on-one IDA counseling session prior to opening the account with our IDA credit union partner GECU.  Minimum monthly deposits are ONLY $25!!
